Saved During Israel's Rise, or During Their Fall?

Under Covenant, Gentiles are saved in the time of Israel's RISE.

Isaiah 60:3 And the Gentiles shall come to thy light, and kings to the brightness of thy rising.

Zechariah 8:20-23 Thus saith the LORD of hosts; It shall yet come to pass, that there shall come people, and the inhabitants of many cities: And the inhabitants of one city shall go to another, saying, Let us go speedily to pray before the LORD, and to seek the LORD of hosts: I will go also. Yea, many people and strong nations shall come to seek the LORD of hosts in Jerusalem, and to pray before the LORD. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; In those days it shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that God is with you.

Acts 3:25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed.

Under Grace, anyone saved today is saved in the time of Israel's FALL.

Romans 11:11 I say then, Have they stumbled that they should fall? God forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy.

Romans 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

"through their fall" and "blindness in part is happened to Israel,"

A bible student that has not been prejudiced by their denomination, cannot help but see that the nation of Israel has FALLEN in God's eyes.

In Hosea 1:6 God said "I will no more have mercy upon the house of Israel;". And in verse 9 he called them "Lo-ammi:" and said "for ye are not my people, and I will not be your God."

Think about it. Each time you open your bible, you're faced with scripture that WAS to be followed during Israel's RISE, and scripture that IS to be followed during their FALL.

No wonder we're told to rightly DIVIDE the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15) It can get somewhat confusing when we don't pay attention to the distinctions and divisions God made in the scriptures.

Regardless of popular belief, God has not replaced Israel with US, "the church, Which is his body". We do NOT get their "new covenant". The "new covenant" is for the same people the old covenant was for.

Hebrews 8:7-8 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second. For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

"the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:" Which house do you belong to?

I speak with people who have been in church their entire life, but when I ask them this question they have no answer. And the church they attend teaches that the book of James was written to them, even though the first verse says it was written to the twelve tribes of Israel.

If you're truly in one of the "twelve tribes" shouldn't you know which one?

You're not of EITHER house, and the reason you don't know the name of your tribe is your not IN one.

How could a covenant to us be NEW, when we were never under the OLD one? If it was for us, it would simply be called a "covenant", not a "new covenant."

In this present age, as a result of their fall, Israel is counted among the Gentiles. Today anyone can be saved by grace through faith apart from having any national standing before God.

"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus." (Galatians 3:28)

However, during Israel's RISE (which was prior to Paul's Galatian letter)Jesus said, "Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews." (John 4:22)

"As scarce as truth is, the supply has always been in excess of the demand."
